4. Conclusion of contract

Consequences of the cancellation

7. Prices, payments and delivery
Decisive are the prices valid on the day of order. All prices are due to the VAT exemption for small businesses in accordance with § 19 para. 1 UStG without VAT. plus packaging and shipping costs. The cost of postage and packaging will be charged separately. Unless otherwise agreed, payment of the purchase price is made exclusively against advance payment. The purchase price is due upon receipt of the confirmation of acceptance. Payment must be made in cash or by bank transfer to the deposited account. Shipping is daily from Monday to Friday. The goods are in advance on the day of booking the receipt, at the latest up to two days after, on the trip. Please keep in mind that a bank transfer can take three to four business days. All information on delivery times are not binding. The goods will be sent automatically to the deposited address. Please make sure that the data stored there are up-to-date.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until the full payment of the purchase price, even with resale.
